A small home on a large nicely landscaped suburban lot, but with outdated kichen and living areas, provides plenty of reason to add an addition. The owners had lots of ideas for improving the home and asked us to try to incorporate all of them into a masterplan that could be implemented in phases. The program consisted of Kitchen enlargement, a bayed booth style eating area and opening up the kitchen to the living area. Also included were new dormer windows in the attic to accomodate more bedrooms, a game room off of the living area and a screen porch. In conjunction with the additions we also studied window replacement options and new siding choices.
